Arc's voice interview system is now live.
What's New
Voice Interview Sessions Start a voice screening session from any candidate card or profile. Arc's AI agent conducts a structured conversation using LiveKit for WebRTC audio and Cartesia for voice synthesis.
Automatic Transcription Deepgram transcribes the session in real time. The full transcript is stored on the candidate profile under the Interviews tab.
6D Evaluation When a session ends, Arc automatically triggers a 6D evaluation of the transcript. Scores across six dimensions (technical capability, communication, cultural alignment, leadership potential, adaptability, and role fit) appear on the candidate profile within minutes.
Access Score Update The candidate's Access Score is recalculated after evaluation to incorporate interview performance.
Interviews Dashboard
All sessions — pending, in progress, completed — are listed under Pipeline → Interviews with status, duration, and score.
