What's New
Promote Job Radar postings into the Jobs Database Postings in the Live Job Feed can now become internal job mandates. Click a posting to open a full detail view, or multi-select several with checkboxes, then import them into the Jobs Database. Optional AI enrichment expands a short scraped snippet into a complete spec — requirements, responsibilities, competencies, specialized skills, and job level. Imported postings are tagged so they can't be added twice.
AI Interview Prep shows results live On a candidate profile, clicking Generate with AI now surfaces the generated screening questions automatically as soon as they're ready — no more refreshing the page to see them.
Live scan status on Job Radar "Run Scan Now" reports its progress inline: Queuing → Scanning → "N jobs found".
Improvements
Pipeline board
- The board now fills the full available height, and each column scrolls independently.
- Removing a candidate from the board is now a soft archive — they leave the kanban but stay in your Candidates directory and can be re-added later.
- Cleaner, theme-consistent card styling in both light and dark mode.
Softer light theme Light mode now uses a gentle off-white canvas with white cards for proper depth, a muted blue accent, and higher-contrast secondary text — easier on the eyes during long sessions.
