Sourcing Configs Create a sourcing config with search criteria (job title, location, skills, company size). Arc runs the config continuously and adds matching candidates to your pipeline automatically. Configs run as background jobs and new candidates appear without any manual action.
Saved Searches Save manual search criteria for quick reuse. Run a saved search at any time to get a fresh set of results without re-entering filters.
Source Tracking Each candidate's origin is recorded — manual entry, specific sourcing config name, or auto-sourced. The Source column in the candidates grid shows where each candidate came from.
Outreach Integration Candidates discovered via a sourcing config can be enrolled into outreach sequences automatically, enabling fully automated top-of-funnel nurturing.
