Account Management
Managing your Arc account — profile, password, and personal settings.
Profile Settings
Access your personal account settings from the profile menu (top-right avatar) → Settings.
Updating Your Name
Your display name is shown in the sidebar and on team member lists. Update it from Settings → Profile.
Changing Your Password
From Settings → Security, enter your current password and then your new password. Passwords must be at least 8 characters.
Updating Your Email
Email changes require verification. A confirmation link is sent to your new email address before the change takes effect.
Deleting Your Account
Personal account deletion is available from Settings → Danger Zone. Deleting your account:
- Removes your personal data from the platform
- Removes you from any team workspaces you are a member of
- Does not delete team data you contributed (candidates, interviews, etc.)
If you are the owner of a team workspace, you must transfer ownership or delete the team before deleting your personal account.
Notification Preferences
Personal notification settings are available from Settings → Notifications. You can control which platform events trigger notifications.
