Team & Members
Managing your Arc workspace team — inviting members, assigning roles, and collaboration.
Team Workspaces
All data in Arc is scoped to a team workspace. Your workspace has its own candidates, jobs, pipeline, reports, and settings. A user can belong to multiple workspaces, and switching between them is available from the top navigation.
Roles
| Role | What They Can Do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access — manage members, billing, and can delete the team |
| Member | Access all recruitment features — sourcing, pipeline, interviews, outreach, reports |
Owners are the only users who can promote others to Owner or remove members.
Inviting Members
- Go to Settings → Administration
- Click Invite Member
- Enter their email address and select a role
- They receive an invitation email with a link to join
The invitee's email must be on the platform allowlist before they can accept. If the invite fails, ask your super admin to add the email.
Removing Members
From Settings → Administration, click the remove icon next to any member. Their access is revoked immediately. Their activity history and any candidates they sourced are retained.
Shared Pipeline
All team members share the same pipeline, candidate database, and inbox. Any member can:
- Move candidates between stages
- Start or review interviews
- Send outreach messages
- Create and update jobs and matches
Changes appear in the Activities feed in real time, so the whole team stays aligned without needing to share updates manually.
Activities Feed
Pipeline → Activities shows a timestamped log of every platform event — candidate added, message received, interview completed, stage changed, placement recorded. Use it to stay across what your team is doing without interrupting them.
