Pipeline & Kanban
Managing candidates through the Arc recruitment pipeline.
The Pipeline Board
Go to Pipeline → Pipeline to access the kanban board. Each column represents a stage in your recruitment process. Candidate cards show:
- Full name
- Access Score
- Time in current stage (e.g. "3d ago")
Moving Candidates
Drag a candidate card from one column to another to update their stage. The stage change is recorded in the Activities feed immediately.
You can also update a candidate's stage from their individual profile using the stage dropdown.
Pipeline Stages
| Stage | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Sourced | Discovered and added to the pipeline |
| Screening | AI voice interview scheduled or completed |
| Interviewing | In human evaluation — final interview stage |
| Offer Extended | Offer made; awaiting acceptance |
| Hired / Rejected | Closed outcome |
Filtering the Board
Use the search and filter bar above the board to narrow the view:
- Filter by assigned job
- Filter by Access Score range
- Search by name
Candidate Cards
Clicking a candidate card opens their full profile. From the profile you can:
- View contact details and professional background
- Review interview transcripts and 6D scores
- Send a message or start an outreach sequence
- Schedule a video interview
- Assign them to a job
Dashboard Preview
The main dashboard shows a Pipeline Management Preview — a snapshot of the top 2 candidates per stage. Click Full View to open the full kanban board.
