Quick Start
Get up and running with Arc in under 10 minutes.
This guide walks you through your first session on Arc — from signing in to running your first AI voice interview.
Step 1: Sign In
Arc uses an email allowlist. Your account must be invited before you can sign up.
- Go to your Arc workspace URL
- Click Sign In and enter your invited email address and password
- You will land on the main dashboard for your team workspace
If you see a "not authorised" error on sign-up, contact your workspace admin to add your email to the allowlist.
Step 2: Explore the Dashboard
The dashboard gives you a Candidate Strategic Overview at a glance:
- ASEAN Talent Map — geographic distribution of candidates across Southeast Asia
- Voice Analysis — recent AI interview activity
- Candidate Strategic Analytics — pipeline stage distribution and top-scored candidates
- Pipeline Management — a snapshot of your kanban board
Step 3: Create a Job
Before sourcing candidates, define what you are hiring for.
- Go to Sourcing → Jobs in the sidebar
- Click New Job
- Fill in the job title, company, location, salary range, and headcount
- Save the job — it is now available to assign candidates to
Step 4: Source Candidates
Arc supports multiple sourcing methods:
Manual import — Go to Sourcing → Candidates and add a candidate directly.
Sourcing configs — Go to Sourcing → Sourcing Hub, open the Sourcing Configs tab, and set up an automated discovery profile with search criteria such as job title, location, and skills. Arc will continuously discover matching candidates and add them to your pipeline.
Market intelligence — Go to Strategic → Job Market to see which firms are actively hiring and use that signal to target candidates at those companies.
Step 5: Run an AI Voice Interview
Once you have candidates in your pipeline:
- Go to Pipeline → Interviews
- Select a candidate and click Start Voice Interview
- Arc will call the candidate using an AI voice agent built on LiveKit and Deepgram
- After the session completes, the transcript is stored and a 6D Evaluation score is automatically generated
The 6D score evaluates six dimensions of candidate fit and produces an Access Score (0–100) used to rank and prioritise candidates across the platform.
Step 6: Move Candidates Through the Pipeline
Go to Pipeline → Pipeline to see your kanban board. Drag candidate cards between columns as they progress:
- Sourced → initial discovery
- Screening → interview scheduled or completed
- Interviewing → final evaluation stage
- Offer Extended → placement in progress
Step 7: Track Outcomes
- Pipeline → Matches — see AI-generated job-candidate fit scores
- Outcomes → Placements — record successful hires and placement fees
- Settings → Reports — view KPI metrics, pipeline funnel, and placement revenue
