Job Market Dashboard

Strategic → Job Market shows:

• Active Trackers — number of market monitors currently running
• Total Sourced — candidates discovered from market signals
• Jobs Scraped — market positions being analysed
• Market Feed — live stream of discovered positions with title, company, location, and description

Filtering the Feed

Use the search and filter controls to narrow the feed by:

• Job discipline (engineering, finance, operations, etc.)
• Company name
• Location

Finding Candidates

Click Find Candidates next to any position in the feed to surface candidates in your pipeline who match that role's profile.

Market Demand Dashboard

Strategic → Market Demand provides aggregated demand analysis:

• Open Roles by Firm — which companies have the most active hiring across your tracked disciplines
• Demand by Discipline — volume of openings per job category
• Live Demand Feed — detailed stream of positions with full descriptions

Use the firm-level view to identify which companies to target when sourcing candidates who are likely to be approached — employees at actively-hiring firms are often the most mobile.

Configuring Trackers

Market trackers are configured by your system administrator. Each tracker defines:

• Target companies or industries
• Job title keywords to monitor
• Geographic scope
• Scrape frequency

Tracker cost and performance is visible in the FinOps Dashboard.
